- Architect and Founder of Duquesne University's Professional Coach Certification Program, an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach certification training program designed for boomers and re-wired retirees to become either internal or external coach-consultants to upcoming generations.
- Coached U.N. leaders as an invited participant in a joint program of the International Coach Federation and the United Nations UNICEF and World Food Programme.
- Led the team at a Fortune 500 company in the design, development and implementation of a highly effective and successful executive leadership assessment and development process targeted for senior management. This program included coaching as a vital component of the process and won an award for innovation in learning and development through the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association.
- Provided Situational Leadership® and Situational Coaching™ training programs for organizations and conducted train-the-trainer master certification for in-house trainers.
- Named 2008 Pittsburgh Coaches Association "Coach of the Year" for her work gaining ICF Chapter status while President and Immediate Past President.
