What You Need to Know to Lead and Coach in a
Multigenerational Workplace

In cross-cultural interviews we face many difficulties in interpreting what we see and hear. We need concrete models in order to identify stereotypes and prevent them from creating a generalized impression of the candidate. Effective strategies are needed in order to assess and compare competing candidates from different countries with different culturally dictated presentation styles and whose qualifications are from different national education systems. We need to understand the dynamics of connectivity in cross-cultural interviews so that we can make effective hiring decisions in the global workplace.
