human capacity and organizational potential. Situational Coaching
delivers the tools leaders need to execute in that crucial role—the

Taking
Charge with Situational Leadership®
Taking Charge is an interactive, educational experience that shows
people at all levels of an organization how to positively influence
others to get the most out of their own performance. It gives
everyone the same common language and framework for being able
to communicate what it takes to be both successful and effective
in their jobs.

Parenting:
Why train parenting skills in the workplace? Senior managers in
organizations of all sizes are realizing that family stress can
have serious work-related consequences—including absenteeism,
decreased performance and turnover. Situational Parenting®
training, along with other complementary work-life initiatives,

not just on the job—but in their parenting

What You Need to Know to Lead and Coach in a
Multigenerational Workplace
Meet the newest generation coming into the workforce and explore
what work will be like over the next 10 years as we face a labor
shortage and the Matures stay at work on flexible schedules, the
Boomers “rewire” and the Xers and Millennials make
their imprint on work values, work/life, career preferences and
management style.

interviews we face many difficulties in interpreting what we see
and hear. We need concrete models in order to identify stereotypes
and prevent them from creating a generalized impression of the

different culturally dictated presentation styles and whose qualifications
are from different national education systems. We need to understand
